Wyndham Reef Fish - Chips - Burgers

Absolutely disgusting. I have been a loyal customer here for some time but since the new owners changed, the food has been just fowl. Tonight myself and my house mate got some fish n chips on the way home from shopping. Very over cooked, stale chips and all was like it had been re-fried as it was over stock from the last customer. Everything dark brown like burnt, dry. Flake was over-battered, oily and over cooked. Same with the potato cakes.... Was like it was a biscuit it was that overcooked. Only nice thing was the Fanta. Won't be back - do not recommend

This is a great shop with fantastic food. It's hard to find a good fish and chip place this is one of the better ones

This is the worst fish and chip shop in the Wyndham area. I purchase two pieces of flake and four potato cakes. The fish was shocking, it wasnt cooked properly, it was cold and still raw inside. The potato cakes were very small, cold and partially cooked.I would not recommend this fish and chip shop.

Worst fish and chips I’ve ever had. Couldn’t eat the souvlaki as it smelt very off. Chips were clearly just cheap frozen chips. Never again.

REALLY enjoy their crumbed or grilled flake, it's thick and fresh, and potato cakes & dim sims have always been cooked well for us. I'm personally not a fan of the chips here, but the rest of the family are.They're always quite busy every time we have ordered, but the staff always seem very nice despite being flat out.It's our current favourite in the area, passing up several that are closer to us to keep coming back here for the fish.

Honest review. I don’t like giving bad reviews but I hope this pushes them to do better. Have ordered from here 3 times and each time was not good but I thought maybe I’d give them another try but was so dissapointed each time I’m done. The batter on the fish is way too thick, grilled fish was over cooked and dry, side salad is a joke for $7 and the gravy is so runny and watery it’s just all bad.

Food was really bad, bought fish and chips and unfortunately food came stale. Never again

Where do I begin!?Firstly, I ordered only 2 grilled flakes and minimum chips. Got charged $19.60. I thought that was abit too much but I thought I'd give them a go since this is my first time.Secondly, the wait time was a joke. There were only a few people in there and I waited for approximately 15 to 20 minutes just for 3 items.Thirdly, I do not like the attitude of the cooks. No urgency, one of them were twiddling their thumbs, the boss didn't look interested and sat down somewhere to eat his food. Was not a good look.Fourthly, the grilled fish - it was disgusting. Didn't taste fresh whatsoever. My girlfriend found 3 bones in 1 of the flakes. That is a huge HEALTH & SAFETY ISSUE!Fifthly, the chips were soggy and stale. I asked for chicken salt and surprise surprise, there wasn't any on there.I am very angry considering the money I spent on this pathetic food and the pathetic wait time for only a couple of items when it wasn't busy.I'd love my money back but I don't know if that's possible, but I still have the receipt. Won't come back here again. I only ordered from this shop because Sayers Fish & Chips were closed.

Very good fish and chips (and steamed dim sims). I'm fussy when it comes to fish and chips, so was pleasantly surprised to find this shop. The service was efficient and the shop was clean and tidy.

Hamburger meat was raw. Second time burger was a soggy mess and incorrect toppings.Potato cakes are not good either as they are somehow processed different.If they could possibly get our order correct just once it would be nice.Only reason for return visit is because they are close to home.Will drive to Hogan's Corner who are much better in future.Despite feedback you have not rectified your service.
