Lovely customer service, highly recommend and dusk has a range of gorgeous candles and diffusers which smells and look beautiful.

Nothing but good experiences each time I visit!Zoe is always fantastic! Nothing is too hard an ask. Recently I had a problem with my diffuser, Zoe was able to exchange it for me & give me some really amazing advice on the diffuser, oils, & reed diffusers. You are so lucky to have such a positive & customer focused team member.Another team member just last week helped me locate an exclusive item that’s only available in select stores. She let me know which stores to visit to hunt this product down.I absolutely enjoy all of my visits here! The staff are always friendly & want to help. I keep coming back because I know the service is good & the team are wonderful.As far as I’m aware this store does not offer gift wrapping, so I’m disappointed with all the negative reviews regarding that! This is not the fault of the floor team!!

Trying to return one of the $10 faulty fragrance which I got on boxing day. Instead of receiving an apology for the poor quality and inconvenience and a standard exhange or refund, the Indian male staff blamed me for damaging the product after purchase. He then continued to prove his point by saying he remember serving me and he already checked the 3 fragrances I bought and confirm they were good when sold. I am amazed at his super natural powder to be able to see through a sealed packaging and 'confirm' a state of the products as he claimed? He then even dare to showcase his craftmentship by attempting to fix it with super glue!! During the whole process no mention of refund or exchange or even an apology. I was treated as if I was making up a story just to return a $10 goods. Well done Dusk for failing to fulfill one of retailer's most simple and straightforward after sales request. First time to experience unnecessary hassle when trying to return a faulty goods with a retailer. Will never go back again.

What a shame, empty shop with three staff and the manager could be bothered wrapping my purchase, even when I had bought a gift bag. I can only put some tissue in the top she said, before grabbing her phone and leaving. Clearly more important things to do than actual customer service. Very poor service from the manager. The other staff member who initially served me was delightful. For a shop that’s all about feeling good, it didn’t deliver!

The Dusk store at Macquarie Centre has an extensive range of candles and accessories but their merchandise seems rather over-priced at full retail price for the quality that they provide.Visited a few weeks ago and saw some tealight holders that I liked. I was excited to find out that they were on sale (half price) this week but the whole experience was dampened by the uppity attitude from staff. The guy seemed more concerned with chatting to other staff or keeping the display shelves in order (as I was trying to deciding which colour candle holder to get and then trying to extract the correct no. from the shelves that were stacked thisclose) than actually serving customers. Maybe it was just me since he was chirping like a bird when serving the previous customer and subsequently shut down with a sour face when I was paying ...

I would give zero star to you guys! Unfortunately googlereviews does not have that options. Unprofessional and rude customer service. I was there on Saturday afternoon with my partner. We loved one of the budha candle holder and that was the last piece there and they did not have a box for that item. We tried to explain them that it was a gift and the person is travelling overseas so we need the box. They just did not wanted to give good customer service and kept on saying we don't get a box. They also said that area manager threw all the spare boxes and it was not there mistake. As a business, do you really let go your customer just because you don't have a box for that item? Seriously?Please learn from Rhodes Dusk. We went there after we were disappointed from you guys. What a great customer service given by those guys from Rhodes store. Kudos to the Rhode store staffs.

Exceptional service! Everytime I go in the ladies are so nice and willing to help. I was helped by a person named Siara and she went above and beyond to help me pick out a gift. I will return to buy more gifts in the future. The store layout is also very nice and spacious and easy to browse.

Great products, friendly staff. Coffee soy candle is my favourite. 3 wick lasts a long time and surprisingly leaves a decent intensity of scent.
