VeryPet always have the good stuff in stock even USA supplied food which is impressive.I live in Moorabbin and delivery is always the next day with the exception of once when it arrived the same day! Always a little surprise for my dog with each delivery which is a nice touch. Highly recommended.

Wonderful customer service. They replaced out of stock 17 kg bag with smaller bags adding up to more than 17 kg at no extra cost and delivered in one day to country Victoria! I don’t write reviews very often but the service provided by Verypet was so exceptional I had to write a note of appreciation.

Can't recommend enough! Our dog was having some issues with the food we were giving him and Taste of the Wild was recommended to us. We've had no problems since. Great customer service and quick delivery.

VeryPet have been excellent in every aspect of their services! My Puppy suffers from a Highly Sensitive Stomach and struggles to tolerate common dog foods, after speaking with the team at VeryPet we have tried Diamond Natural Large Breed Puppy and thus far had fantastic results. The continous support and fantastic customer service is extraordinary and leagues above their competitors.

VeryPet 10/10 for customer service and I was so unbelievably grateful at the samples I received with my order! I purchase goods for my Bengal cat from several other big online retailers and they have never been as generous with samples as VeryPet has been! Highly recommended! VeryPet has the most patient and responsible customer service I've ever seen. I'm a Ragdoll cat breeder in SYD, and I've been looking for a high-quality cat food for my babies for a while until I found VeryPet. And no need to mention that my order (15 packs of ACANA) has been delivered on the second day morning after I placed it. ❤️ Very impressive delivery! Absolutely the best service. Extremely fast post, …can’t get better than that! Great selection of top quality dog food. Even sent a free sample can of food which I was thinking about buying anyway. I can’t recommend this company highly enough.Dogs loved it. One is super super fussy, even she loved it. You have definitely gained a new customer.Keep doing what your doing!
