Ingenia solved our problems.We were looking for a house to live but struggling to find a suitable place. We found Ingenia and thought it would be a good short term option. Nine months later and we were still living there!We rented one of the new units, which was clean, modern and had everything we needed. No maintenance and very comfortable and affordable.The office staff are kind, friendly and helpful. Very fast and easy sign up process.Highly recommend you check it out!

Waste of time, sign outside said please inspect waited outside of office 15 mins while someone else was being served, only to see another person in the office walk past. At least acknowledge the person waiting for service and tell them it won’t be long. Even better try getting some info from waiting customer.

Initially we moved to ‘Ingenia Rental’ on a temporary stay. Eventually, we lived here for 3 years.Below are a few reasons which made us fall in love with this place:• Prompt support• Affordable stay• Friendly staff• Good facilities (Eg: Community centre, Swimming pool, common laundry, barbeque area etc.,)• Regular community activities (Neighbours day, Valentine’s day, July Christmas etc.,)• Friendly and helpful neighboursOur son was born when we lived in this facility. The staff and neighbours were accommodative on all our requirements. Hence, this community has a special place in our hearts.We cherish the friendly greeting of other occupants during our evening walks down the park. As a permanent resident..I find this caravan park in a great location, clean facilities, and clean orderly vans. Staff took my complaint seriously and made adjustment and all is well and happy. Staff are always friendly and chatty. Feel safe and secure here.

Looks like a Awesome place to live as I can't wait, the receptionist was very Professional, helpful & welcoming.

We lived here for 6 months pre-covid and absolutely loved it ,everything we needed was provided,lovely staff,great neighbors wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
