Was having issues with my edge trimmer line snapping all the time and Shane offered me a heap of advice on my technique and made a few technical improvements to my set up. Spent at least 15mins with me to make sure we got it right. Really appreciated that and now I’m whizzing around the lawn no worries now! Cheers to Shane the Whipper Snipper Whisperer!

It is with great disappointment that I must publicly express my dissatisfaction with the service provided by Aldinga Mowers. As a customer who relied on their expertise to obtain essential parts for my lawn mower, I have been appalled by the lack of attention and care I experienced during this farcical process.Nearly a month ago, I simply requested two parts from the store, providing them with the necessary part numbers. However, after a week of not hearing back, I had to take the initiative to call them myself, only to be met with excuseThroughout this entire ordeal, I have received a mere 5% of the customer service one should expect from a reputable company. This was supposed to be a simple transaction where Aldinga Mowers had the opportunity to make a profit while providing me with the necessary parts. Instead, they failed miserably, leaving me questioning the value they place on their customers.s and an apparent unavailability of one of the parts. Not only was this information incorrect - as confirmed by other mower stores - but they also failed to offer any further assistance, opting instead just to provide a list of competitors.Despite being aware of the availability of the part, Aldinga Mowers continued to prolong the process by claiming that it could not place orders until the 9th of June. However, when I called them on the 14th of June to follow up on the order, I was informed that the part had not even been ordered and was now on back order until some time next month. Their negligence in failing to notify me of this development exemplifies their complete disregard for customers' needs.I urge potential customers to consider this experience as a cautionary tale and implore Aldinga Mowers to address these glaring issues to salvage their reputation and avoid losing business.

Asked for a quote on a whipper snipper, they did not provide one. Would have been cheaper to buy new. GET YOUR QUOTE IN WRITNG OR CONFIRMED IN TXT, they have lost my business and I would never recommend this store.

Very helpful and good price to repair the ride on. Called them again to see if they could help with another piece of farm equipment and even though they couldn't they went out of their way to find someone who could. Can't recommend them enough
