Gave me the wrong colour instead of what i asked. I told two hairdressers that i was upset and their response was “go home and see what your friends think first” “it’s just the lighting in here” “it’ll wash out” was charged $400. Very unhappy. Had to go get box dye to fix it immediately as i was so upset and embarrassed. friends and family thought my hair looked horrible. They knew it was the wrong colour.

Visited Taylar at The Professionals as I needed a cut and colour before returning to Melbourne. Cannot speak highly enough of her work. She listened to what I wanted and had great suggestions about the colour. Did a fantastic cut… best I have had for ages. So happy with the results and a great price too. Would be my regular hairdresser for sure if I lived here!!!
