Beautiful little gem of a place! This place is simply charming. With a range of things here to keep the kids busy. Stunning gardens surrounds a beautiful pool just a stone throw from your door, with a BBQ area and fire pit. The apartment stayed in was a beautiful one. Two bedrooms with a feel of fresh simplicity. Plenty of beds and a surprisingly spacious shower. This mini home made for a perfect get away. Highly recommend.

We stayed at 2 bedroom family apartment with kids and we absolutely loved our stay. Firstly I have never met such welcoming owner. She made sure our stay was comfortable and she even gave us ideas about things to do at this amazing beautiful property and in the local area. Apartment was nice and clean and spacious. Beds were very comfy. Property has kids basketball court , little swimming pool and amazing scenery around. Its gem of a place.We loved this stay and we will surely come back again soon. Thanks for your hospitality Greenvale units team.

Stayed there over Easter with some friends, had a wonderful time.Very relaxing and peaceful environment. The sunsets and the views are amazing. Everything is so clean and tidy but still has that home away from home feeling. Great value for money. Definitely going back soon as we can.

From start to finish, a very memorable and pleasant experience. The owners, Peta and Cam, were especially welcoming and accomodating. The room we stayed in was immaculately clean and spacious. The grounds were also very spacious and clean, and even had a magnesium pool! We will definitely be back next time we are in Mansfield.

Agree mostly all of the comments , Peta is an amazing host ..nothing is a problem ..only solutions ..the property is also very clean and tidy , i have stayed with my wife previously and most recently with a group of blokes ... will definitely be staying here again ..appreciate your hospitality and the effort to house our group many thanks regards Michael

Spent two nights in the Settler’s Cottage following our daughter’s wedding and I have to admit Greenvale is a very special haven for those who need a getaway to a beautiful part of Victoria. Peta is a warm, welcoming hostess who ensured our accommodation was meticulously neat, clean and superbly decorated, providing a home away from home experience. The gardens are beautiful and we highly recommend this special place. Thank you for a wonderful mini-getaway. We will return.

Cannot recommend this beautiful little gem highly enough. The cottage that we stayed in was so spacious and comfortable and welcoming, it was a home away from home. The pool and grounds are stunning and Peta, the hostess is simply wonderful. This property would suit almost everyone from larger family groups or sporting/rider groups to families with children and couples looking for a romantic getaway. Will definitely be coming back again… thanks again Peta! ☺️☺️

My partner and I stayed here over the weekend and it was perfect for what we were looking for. Peta and Cam were super friendly and accommodating. Rooms are spacious, very tidy and well equipped. Location is an easy 2 minute drive into the main street.We will definitely be back in the future, thanks for having us!

We visited Greenvale Holiday Units recently and stayed with our two little children. We booked the two bedroom unit and absolutely loved it. The accomodation was very clean and spacious and is well equipped, we will happily stay here again. The owners were also lovely and gave us lots of tips about things to do/see in the area. The interior of the unit is also beautiful with a rustic design, I feel that the photos don't do it justice. We look forward to staying again!

We couldn't have been happier with our experience at Greenvale. We had to cancel our bookings a couple of times due to unforeseen circumstances and Peta was so patient, kind and accommodating. We didn't get to spend enough time there and will definitely be coming back next year when we have more time.
