Our aircon was blowing hot air Christmas time in 43° heat. This was the only company of a few still working and the only one who pushed the boat out to repair the system on boxing day despite an already heavy workload in sweltering heat. Repair was fast, efficient and fairly priced with no rip off callout charge despite being a public holiday. I highly recommend this company. They will be our go to for service and repair.

Completely unprofessional & incompetent. Poor customer relations, getting angry & hanging up whilst on telephone. Out dated knowledge in the field. Excuses were aplenty & easy to come by for Darshan. I stand firm by my above review to be true & correct.Please proceed with caution when choosing whether to engage the services of this providerReceived a response to my review claiming to have no knowledge of me. I rest my case poor customer relations. I may also respectfully add that the contractor has poor English skills and breaks out in his native tongue when agitated & upset making it impossible to communicate. Darshan u know exactly who I am & I wish to not waste any further time speaking with you to clear the matter up. I have engaged another contractor who fixed the problem with the utmost professionalism at a fraction of your estimate. Please understand I hold no animosity towards you I just believe that the public ought to know the true nature of your poor service.

Very irresponsible, been waiting for a month, and no response.I followed up almost 2 weeks ago, and I have still not heard back.Would rate 0 starts if I could.EDIT: I've now been waiting 2 months since I've had the work order put out

Paid for a pre purchase air con inspection,had to chase them for 2 weeks to get the report which only ended up being a couple of photos in an email. Look elsewhere if you want professional reliable service.

Great work from Indi and the team. Due to a renovation and extension, the installation took 3 stages over 3 months. DSK were honest and patient. The Daikin AC unit is amazing....so silent plus nice cool breeze for summer and warm for winter. Air touch 5 has been installed, making life alot easier.

Excellent caliber of customer service throughout! Darshan, Indi and the team know exactly how to make a client feel at home when it comes to the stresses of shelling out for a new system. Nothing was too much trouble when it came to what we wanted from the installation. We have an old, solid house - which takes some time to drill into and saw through etc, but the team made it seem easy and clean-up was done at the end of each day at an exceptional standard.
