The tap to pay system at this laundromat doesn’t work. It deducts funds from your account, then promptly crashes and won’t turn on the machine.This laundromat is around the corner from my house, and it occasionally works, which is why I keep trying. But this is the 6th time it’s happened & I will never come back here.

Am reliant on services like this as a low-income young adult, but cannot use this laundro without a problem every single time. Usually someone comes through to side-eye you as they deal with the problem, but theyve now removed the contact number for reporting issues. Credit card machine never works, and theres no coin exchange alternative.Dodgey as, very poorly serviced, only reccomend if youre desperate.

Lost my money trying to get the dryer to work. Have no opition now than to go to work in my wet uniform. Please put a dollar sign on the dryer so I know I'm not wasting my $2 coins.

The laundromat is open 24/7, so I was able to avoid busy times. The wash cycle took only 30 minutes and cost $6. I was able to pay by credit card, which was very convenient. Clothes came out clean, maybe they could have been spun dried a bit more, but it was fine.

I paid to use the machine and it didn’t process to the dryer so in total I lost $13, didn’t bother trying another machine just for it to happen again. Also no option to call someone for help, don’t go here.

Absolute garbage. Some machines are out of order but are not marked as such. Machines are extremely old and don't wash properly. Limited number of machines. No contact info in case you lose money in machine. No change machine and businesses nearby refuse to give change as they are asked so frequently. Don't bother with this place unless you have no other option. Garbage.
