Friday 21st april 5-6pm. I really feel sorry for the manager, franchisee and parents of the teenagers working in this store. These kids stood around clowning with each other instead of the job they are paid for, the poor manager was trying to get them to do thier job but they just laughed at her. Your parents are probably proud you got a job and helping yourself but by your attitude and behaviour maybe you should go back to graffiting bus stops. If you were my kid I would be ashamed of you, don't worry boys reality will hit you when/if you enter the real workforce and you will not keep your jobs.

Probably the worst I have ever eaten. Firstly, I waited 15 minutes in drive through and when it arrived the food was all tossed around in the bag with the fires packet empty. Then we came home and the food was horrible. The burgers were all over the place and the buns were soggy. Just horrible all around.

I waited 14min in drive through @10am this morning for breakfast meals and was advised breakfast takes longer to cook than lunch menu… (avg acceptable wait time 5min quoted by the manager) were they waiting for the chickens to lay the eggs? It’s the 3rd time in as many months I have patronised this store for a supposed quick trip to pick up fast food for brekky… if ur time is valuable avoid this store like the plague as they aren’t improving their wait times in drive thru.

I find that everyone stands around chitchatting rather than doing anything hence why the waits always a while. No smiles or happy faces just staff looking like they really can’t be bothered coming to work. Waited 15 minutes for 4 small items. Not really what “fast food” is about. A wrap, 2 hash-browns and a bacon and egg McMuffin which they got wrong and the food was cold.

The worst experience and lack of service ever possibleUndercooked mc muffins returned to the store to be given over cooked burned ones. Returned them, got another worker to make them and it was a disaster. Horrible morning!

I literally stood here for five minutes waiting for someone to serve me. There was a balding gent in glasses leaning against the counter facing inwards whilst on his mobile phone the whole time who not once looked to see if there were any customers.They lost this one, all I wanted was a coffee.

Ordered an beef hamburger meal and when l got home they forgot the meat Pattie. Tried calling left an message no response. My advice is before you leave check your order.

Waited over 15mins for a cheeseburger meal. Absolutely no regard for any customers time. Definitely not Fast Food anymore. Staff look like deer in headlights and kept bumping into each other and so much attitude towards each other and to customers. They dimmed the lights before finishing orders.The manager had to Push" for the cheeseburger thrice. Came home and saw a double cheeseburger burned at the edges! Amazed this place hasnt shut down already."

The last couple of times l've ordered muffins for breakfast for my son and l and the buns are rock hard and we didn't end up eating them. I wan't to return them but my son doesn't want to be embarrassed. Could you please make sure that your muffins are made to order as l hate wasting money.
