10/10 for shipping and service. Not having any shafts sent previously I was a littler concerned how it would arrive but I must say I was very impressed. The shaft was sent in a hard tube that would give plenty of protection from the lovely mail handlers! I had plenty of questions and nothing was too hard. No problems recommending.. thanks mate
