Also love Tankk - you don’t get that gross feeling after eating it their fish n chips! Love the boxes the food comes in as well, better than the fish n chip traditional paper.

Food is fantastic! The best fish and chips south of the river. Service is excellent. We love how they acknowledge you in a friendly manner the minute you walk in. Easy to order online. Always on time with your order. It's our favourite now!

Worst service ever. We placed an order at 6pm for a 6:10 pick up. Around 6:15 when we paid, the person who served us told us it would be another 5 minutes or so whilst they packed it. It gets to 6:30 & our order hasn’t been called out so I asked how much longer it would be. Turns out the food had been sitting there since 6:10 with the young staff members having no idea as they seemed to be too busy standing around chatting with each other. Obviously the food was now cold but I didn’t want to sit around for another 15 mins or so to wait for fresh food!! No offer for compensation or a sincere apology. Wouldn’t come back due to this.

Grilled fish was good, chips not as crispy as we’d like, think the oil might’ve been a bit old. Good value, we had the Tuesday special between two of us and it was plenty (smaller appetites!)

I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Lovely food. Lots of options, friendly staff. They are also fantastic on Good Friday. NO long queues out the door….You order on line, pick a time for pick up …and voila…Your fish and chips are ready and waiting.

Difficult review, crisp tasty batter, reasonably fresh fish and okay chips but incredibly oily not sure if oil had been well used, prior, so if you can handle unpleasant reflux afterwards then i would say it is an awright meal.

The high rating confuses me.I got back from America looking forward to some classic Aussie fish and chips and instead got some sort of American, Australian hybrid. When ordering I asked for traditional soft fish and chips so was very disappointed when I opened the box (instead of the traditional paper) and got crispy, oily inedible fries. Even my mum (who loves crispy fries) didn’t like these. It was like eating oil. The fish also tasted excessively oily, I couldn’t finish it.If you like American fries, lots of fat, not much potato, go for it, you might like them. If you’re after Aussie fish and chips, I’d recommend Bicton Fish and Burger Grill instead.
