Cannot recommend Custom Cater enough, the food was incredible, the team were very friendly and attentive. All of our guests were asking who the caterer was and we couldn't be prouder to recommend Custom Cater.Thanks again Debbie & team for such an incredible night.

Very disappointed with the chicken and brisket from the set menu. Chicken was raw in the middle and inedible. Debbie's response was we could have cooked it for an extra 10 mins". We ordered cooked food for a reason and expecting hungry guests to wait for another 10mins after the food was delivered is unacceptable. Brisket was tough and also inedible. Debbie's response to this was to send us a quote from Wikipedia on how brisket is cooked. We cook it at home and know how it's done. Needless to say

I had never used a caterer before and had no idea what to expect, but Debbie made the whole process so seamless and easy and we didn’t have to worry about a thing. Her team was friendly and we absolutely loved having them here. The food was outstanding and no one was left hungry as the food was coming out constantly. All of our guests raved about the food and how high quality it was. Could not fault anything. Thankyou again Debbie, Sebastian and Nick for making the night even more memorable. We had a great experience with Deb and team at a garden party at our holiday home in December 2022. Food was lovely, staff very attentive and even stayed back to continue serving when the party became bigger than planned. Thank deb. Liza and Mike

Debbie and her team Nick & Sebastian were so professional and they absolutely made the night. The food was incredible and everyone was raving about it all, especially the mac and cheese croquettes, bao buns and the dumplings! The food was constantly being brought out and guests were happy and full! Could not recommend Custom Cater enough! Custom Cater supplied delicious, perfectly presented food.Our International Students were praising Debbie on her wonderful catering.Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND. And The University of Melbourne will be hiring Custom Cater again.

Do Not Use This Service - It Is A Scam. We engaged CC and paid up front for the catering at my mothers 80th Birthday. They didn't show up, gave us no notification that there was an issue and then gave us a variety of unbelievable excuses as to why they didn't show. We had to order in Uber Eats for the guests and placate our mother who was extremely upset (and remains so) that her big celebration had been spoilt. Eight weeks later and they won't accept our calls and have not returned our money. The incident has been referred to the police.

If you have any catering needs. Custom Cater is the way to go. The food was amazing and delicious. Especially the Panna Cotta, which jiggles and its taste is superb with its hint of vanilla. The Delivery was Punctual in fact early which gave me extra time to prepare other stuff. The food was delicious and filled with flavour.Recommend!
