David has been my Chiro more than 6 years. David knows his stuff, he has helped me with more than just my regular maintenance, such as sports injuries and advice on how to keep my back in good shape. I also see Karen for a Massage with both together have helped majorly with my hockey recovery and performance.I feel that every time I visit they always go that extra mile and that they care for every single person that walks in the door.I would highly recomed David and Karen.

David Lam from Live well Chiropractic is attentive, professional, caring and knowledgeable. As a migraine sufferer, he has greatly improved my quality of life. The adjustments of the thoracic area of my spine have been life changing and I often leave his care feeling euphoric. Had a great experience at the clinic! I was treated by David, he's amazing! I'm so impressed with his professionalism and he genuinely cares for his patients. I've been struggling with neck pain, back pain and terrible headaches. I've always felt uncomfortable getting my neck and back cracked but David made me feel at ease. My headaches have eased and my shoulders feel a lot less restricted and so much lighter. I could not recommend enough! Thanks David.

I’ve been seeing David for the last year and have to say he’s one of the best chiro’s I’ve experienced. His professionalism, knowledge and ability to connect with you to get to the underlying cause is exactly what I needed. For context I have a L5/S1 disc protrusion; that flared up during the initial Lockdowns in 2020. This gave me sciatica and whole load of other nasty pains. Monthly sessions mixed with movement has got me from barely walking to running 5k down Beach Road.Cheers David! You’ve been a blessing.
