This has been my preferred clinic for 2 years or so from when I lived out remote & locally.I have seen a mixture of doctors who have always been compassionate and caring. They are good listeners and involve you in your preferred care options. They ask questions, offer solutions and check to see if there’s anything else.I’ve watched the receptionists deal calmly and professionally with some challenging customers.You will always get an appointment with your preferred doctor in good time which you can make online or on the phone/in person.I’ve seen different docs for routine health & ongoing ailments.It’s really well located beside Casuarina square & shopping centre, cinema, shops, accountants, Bob Jane, so many businesses & schools, Servo, you get the idea.They have the blood taking service place beside them where you can be seen quickly.I will maintain my care at this service using Telehealth as I travel.Thank you to you all :)

I am probably their longest client. I have been with Care Point Medical for more than a decade now, from the time they were in Rapid Creek, under a different business name. I have been under the best care of Dr Santhosh and Dr Manjula and highly recommend their service. I am moving interstate soon and will always be grateful to Care Point Medical for all these years. I had my serology test done a few weeks back with this clinic for my employment. After learning from my own colleague that I have to see the doctor back for an appointment to get the results printed and signed, my employer also informed me that there is a vaccine form that the doctor needs to fill up as well. I went back to the clinic on May 21,2022 to ask help from the reception about this issue, but the receptionist was very adamant about my request that I should get charged for it again since it will take the doctor's time. I told the receptionist that I handed the form to one of their colleagues on my first visit and never realized that the staff handed it back to me on that day of my first visit. The receptionist was giving me this reason that the person who attended to me on my first visit is a new staff and they are just the reception"(Is this the patient's problem? I dont think so!). The staff even went far telling me why I never passed the form to the doctor which is very unacceptable on my part. To add

The most unprofessional reception staff I’ve ever seen. In my last appointment I got a dose of my vaccine. I had to come back in a month for my second dose, but they never gave me the prescription, so I call them to let them know this, and ask them if I could pick up my prescription that I already payed it. To my surprise they told me that the doctor no longer worked there, so I had to pay for it again. In spite of this I have told them that it is well that I will pay it twice, for that, only because I urgently need to finish my vaccines. Al thought I don’t have medicare, I don’t mind paying for a mistake from them, I only need to complete that, and to get my appointment on Saturday as normally I did with all my other vaccines ( I started to put all my vaccinations with them, because I had new reinforcements). First I didn’t get any apology about that, and now they tell me I can’t continue with my vaccinations on Saturday’s, because according to them I have to get vaccinations with the nurse, but I explain, if I started in that clinic with my vaccines, it’s because I can only go on saturdays, and the general doctors know how to put vaccine, my doctor she always did that on Saturday’s and I payed $60 for every appointment vaccine. They say they can’t help me, and I can’t talk to the supervisor either, first because she’s too busy, and then they say she’s already gone home. They threw the phone at me 3 times and I had to explain the same situation to two or three people, looking for a solution. They don’t know what customer service means. They even said it was the doctor’s fault.They don’t understand that the care point medical is the work of a single team. Now I understand why the doctor has left, it’s impossible work with such an inefficient and poorly trained team. I even doubt there’s anyone who’s going to follow up on the comments I leave here.

I think Dr Manjula is excellent. She really listens and really cares and offers solutions. Never found a problem with reception staff. They seem nice enough to me.

Care point has been my preferred clinic from last five years. I like the service form the doctors and they are really nice however their customer service at reception is pathetic. Today I asked the simple question and rather explaining it the receptionist yelled at me saying that it's been written on the paper and if you can read just read it.Isn't it their job to explain something if a customer is not aware of?Really disappointed.

The best medical clinic that I have found in NT. I am taking medical services at a care point from Dr Simha Aechoor for the last 2.5 yrs. which is the best GP I have ever met. The receptionists are very helpful with all my queries and are professional service providers. I would like to recommend A Care Point Medical Clinic to everyone.
