Jason and his team did a fantastic job on sorting out a manual transmission issue on my Tiguan and diagnosing an intermittent knocking that two other shops could not identify. I dropped the car off on Monday morning and, just over an hour later, Jason rang to advise that the knocking had been diagnosed and gave me prices to fix it and to repair or replace the gearbox. He had already sourced a suitable used box in Queensland which turned out to be the most cost effective option. I expected that the job would take about 10 days due to interstate transport issues but, remarkably, the repairs were completed on Friday of the same week. The car is now perfect and It was a pleasure dealing with the very experienced and professional team at Precision Automatics in Mona Vale.

Scammers! Took my car in for a leak, nrma had told me it was probably a water pump.They misdiagnosed it as a loose pipe at precision, I asked them to call me if it was going to be over $400. They later called me and told me it was the water pump.I asked for an itemised quote to send to my warranty co. The quote came in a week later for twice as much as I was told by people should be the high end.I told them the quote was too pricey I'll just come pick up my car and pay for the diagnosis and was charged nearly $500, sooo more than what it was meant to cost for nothing!I won't be going back and I'll be telling everyone about what happened.

Jason and his dedicated staff looked after me and my car when they should of been on holidays,they worked on my car to make sure that I did not go through the holiday period without a car.I am very thankful that people like Jason and his team put there clients before themselves in times of need.Honestly I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Came in for a transmission repair, sent us an excessive invoice so we decided to go with another mechanic, and then made us pay for an oil change" we didn't need or want for $400 and wouldn't give the car key back until we gave them $200 and then gave us the wrong car key."

Have held my car for over 15 months and still have it. Over charged, promised refunds which never happened, car is being used as a personal car rather than being worked on. Fails to contact me as promised and fail to contact me back when I contact them.Have done nothing to resolve this issue and I am still without a car which is very troublesome as I am a disabled military veteran injured whilst on deployment and have significant mobility issues. Very angry at how I have been treated and stuffed about.
