I attempted to contact this group three times about repairing my laptop screen using their at home services. All three times they took my details, told me they would get back to me, and then never called me back. Other people might have better luck, but they didn't want to deal with me.

Do not recommend - booked online, had multiple phone calls over the phone with their office to confirm 1) that my booking successfully went through and 2) details of my laptop so that the issue could be fixed just for nobody to show up on the day for them to inform me that my booking never went through in the first place! It may seem like a more convenient option in terms of visiting your home but visiting somewhere in person and being able to hand your laptop over in person works best as always. Why the booking issue couldn‘t have been raised on one of the calls I initially had with them I don‘t know.
