I truly don’t know where to start when it comes to reviewing Nerissa Watson, she has been an absolute God send when it comes to managing our property. Coming from Property Management myself it has been hard to find the perfect fit when it comes to meeting our needs and expectations, Nerissa constantly surpasses them at every turn. Living over 6 hours away from our investment we know our property is in the best hands and trust her judgement implicitly. She is constantly working not only for her landlords best interests but proves time and time again that she has the utmost respect for her tenants and their needs too which is needed when trying to find good long term tenants. For anyone looking for the perfect property manager to manage your property with honesty and integrity, we cannot recommend her enough.
