Fantastic therapists and staff - both highly professional and genuinely caring. Linda took the time to fully understand our concerns and our child's challenges, and provided detailed and personalised recommendations following the assessment. The written report has been very well received by family members and our child's teachers, doctors and other therapists. I couldn't recommend Matrix Neuropsych enough to other families.

Matrix were seriously amazing to deal with for our young sons Cognitive/Psychological Assessment. From the very first email enquiry sent through which was promptly replied to from their practice manager Alex (with a great amount of detail and all the answers that I needed). The process was so well explained and carefully executed from the get go. Henry Holbrook was so lovely to deal with throughout the evaluation and testing. My husband, our young son and I all really liked him. It was so important to us that our son got along with the person who did his testing and that he didn’t feel like we were lugging him off to “just another assessment”. Our son actually thoroughly enjoyed his assessment with Henry and exclaimed that Henry was his new best friend. Very happy with the whole teams service and we are so happy that we went with Matrix.

We worked with Dr Nicole Stefanac in regards to our 2 year old son. Nicole made the entire journey very pleasant and put us at ease as parents. She is extremely knowledgeable and empathetic, was generous with her time explaining things to us and kept us well informed throughout. We highly recommend Nicole and Matrix!

Dr Linda Gonzalez is impeccable and beyond helpful. I’ve seen beyond 100 medical health professionals in my journey and never encountered one like Dr Linda. She by far is the best i’ve ever seen. I felt very comfortable and supported while being assessed. She was very clear and helpful throughout the entire process. Her reports are very thorough and she had great correspondence the entire time. The appointments never felt time pressured. She was also very easy to reach out of appointments and will give you the time of day. I cannot recommend her enough! ☺️

Linda Gonzalez has been absolutely pivotal to our family from testing and diagnosis through to patient and parent support, as well as guidance for our child's teachers/school. She has also been utterly instrumental in supporting us with information for our child's other therapists, providing key insights into how the ASD condition specifically manifests in our child, which she then translates to suggested approaches and strategies for symptom management that we can share with our wider support network. The clarity, insight and knowledge Linda has of ASD is absolutely second to none. Linda is warm, understanding, insightful, perceptive and creative in devising strategies and tools to help families cope with the initial stages and ongoing development of ASD conditions in children. I have read copious books on ASD and although all helpful, none of them compare to the tailored advice and guidance we have had from Linda. Her help and expertise has been life changing for us. We could not have got through this challenging diagnosis without Linda and my only reservation in recommending her to families of ASD children, is that she may then have less time to spend with us! We feel very lucky and grateful to have found a professional of Linda's calibre that is available to us. I cannot recommend Linda and the Matrix team highly enough. Do not hesitate.
