Some staff are rude and unprofessional and expect agency staff to work more than what they are supposed to because they get paid more. Absolutely ridiculous. One of the worst Aged care I’ve been to. I notified my Agency not to send me the shifts from this Aged Care.

Very oppulent tastefully done a few problems inside this bussiness costly for the client my family member was on end of life treatment and i have seen better service.this has to be a management problem and solved at high end of there board.

Really love their coffees. Every time I work a night shift at the hospital I always get one from them in the morning. The coffee is so smooth and refreshing.
