Mobile Palace Erina

Hi I booked my phone in for a front screen replacement and battery replacement on the 21st of June at mobile palace at erina I was charged $250 for the repairSince having it repaired at your shop I have had nothing but trouble with my screen turning itself on when I am not near my phone and all hours of the night lighting up for no reason.The screen has completely frozen on me causing me to need to hard reset my phone to have it work again.Every time I try and type a message the screen hits the return button without me touching it.The battery will not hold charge and needs to be put back on charge at least three times a day.When I took my phone back to your store to have these issues resolved the lady tried to accuse the back of my phone being smashed to be the problem when she knew my back screen was broken as she did the repairs last week. She then tried to say because my rise to wake was on that is the issue again I showed her that it was off as I don’t like that feature. Then she tried to say that my auto lock being off was the problem I told her how could that be turning my screen on when that feature turns the screen off to please her I turned it on and the issue still arises. Her next great idea was that because she repaired my Face ID sensor that, that was now the problem making it not a faulty screen when all the other issues are still happening. She then asked me to provide video evidence of my phone screen freezing which is not possible as I have one phone and when it’s frozen how am I then supposed to use it to prove that it froze.My battery health drops incredibly fast and when I tried to explain this to her she said well you have nine hours of screen time to then I replied I have only used my phone for two hours this morning and my battery is at 68% it is a new battery it shouldn’t be dropping this quickly. She then persistently said it’s because of screen usage and stuck to not repairing the phone again even tho it is still within warranty. I would like a full refund of my $250 so I can now take my phone else where to have it repaired again as your customer service representative was unprofessional and damaged my phone further and when I tried to do the right thing to bring it back within warranty she blamed me for causing issues this is unacceptable and I will be telling everyone I know not to shop here if this is not resolved.

I went out at Erina fair for shopping and my phone specker not working some other I checked they told me specker need to change but I saw one shop called mobile palace there is one lady was working there her name is Bhoomika and she is such kind person and she told me first we try with cleaning speaker if working not need to changed. After cleaning my speaker working good and i save my little bit money She given to me a amazing service and helping Me that time. In future I prefer to go again if I need my mobile service.

The worst place to get your screen replaced. Went back 3 times for them to fix my phone and they still haven't done it properly. Completely impossible to get them to fix it. Would not recommend using them . Pay the extra guys and go somewhere else.

I always get my phone accessories from here and I am always happy with the products and service I get from the staff working here. I would recommend everyone to come here as I never have any issues. Shristi has been very helpful with choosing a cover and a protector for my new iPhone 12.

I got a screen protector for my phone. Dude installed? Fitted? Stuck it on? For me - done in a couple minutes. Perfect result.

Would not recommend and in worthy of a 1 star. Had my screen replaced and a sensor for face recognition pulled out. Every time I placed the phone in my pocket, it would hit multiple numbers and disable my phone. Took it back to them and they blamed this on the sensor not being fitted. This was a few weeks ago. Well I had to replace the screen again else where, sensor had not been replaced yet and the new screen works perfectly. So these guys are incompetent in what they do. Not even worthy of 1 star.

I had an excellent customer experience with Shristi. She only took 15 minutes to fix my screen and her customer service is perfect.

I’ve been there on 2 occasions, the first was for a cracked screen, easy repair, 20 minutes later looked like new, completely satisfiedMore recently, I returned to get the audio fixed, came back 40 minutes later, and returned 5 after that because the problem wasn’t fixed, came back 30 minutes later and went on my way, the repair worked temporarily but no more than 24 hours, returned the next day for a refund and was straight out refused one,I presented myself as genuine and considerate as possible as I also work in retail and understand how stressful customer relations can Be. but felt shunned by the staff when I requested a refund for a faulty repair.

DO NOT COME HERE! This place is shady.I purchased a phone case for my wife on 28 December. My wife informed me that case and screen protector was not correct or compatible for her phone. The next day I returned to the store and was informed by the staff that they do not do refunds. IAW the ACC that they have no grounds to refuse the request for return.

I feel that a 1 star review is too generous. I stupidly bought an overpriced screen protector for $85, but was told that it had lifetime warranty if it bubbled up, it was fine for about 2 weeks then it started bubbling up. After requesting a refund and dealing with a very rude woman there, this continued for about 4 months after I kept getting dodgy replacements until I was told today that the 'lifetime warranty' no longer applies to me, I asked to see where that was written and was rudely dismissed and told to email the headquarters. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING HERE, if it breaks because it's dodgy, you will not get your money back.
