Amazing pricing! Tristan is awesome to be around and very easy to get along with! He came and filmed/photographed our gender reveal very last minute. All images and videos were back within a week!

On set moments has been a part of my engagement and wedding. They work well with your plans, so it's important for YOU to have an idea of you what want and be comfortable by yourself cause they won't put the effort to do that or come up with ideas. They got back to us with photos and some videos quite quickly. We thought they work well within a budget, but they did change the cost after agreeing to one thing just weeks before the wedding, when all other photographers were booked out. Their service and interactions were amazing for the engagement but slacking by the time of the wedding. We went with them because we were on a budget but regret it since because they didn't deliver a video of a special moment that was specifically requested. On top of that, they refused to even have the decency to respond and own up to their mistake when we asked about it. After several ignored messages, I'm forced to change my review. Additionally, they missed our actual wedding kiss and we had to replay it. I imagine this is a basic requirement of being a wedding photographer. You will not spot our wedding on their Instagram or website because it wasn't a grand fluffy white wedding. It was an intimate sacred space with under 10 guests. They showed up with an attitude of casualness and ended the shoot early because they were out of ideas. I still wonder why this was.I truly waited for half a year before doing this because I didn't want to give a negative review to a young business that we had a good memory with. But unfortunately, On Set Moments has left a bad aftertaste for us. We are planning to do another photoshoot to replace our wedding shoot with a photographer we've worked with before, but we can never get back those precious moments that we wanted recorded. So it's extremely disappointing. I deeply regret even having to write this, but this is our experience.
