Both times got served quickly and the lady also remembered us from the first time. Very helpful with what we were looking for, & informative with what was available including prices. A good range of sizes too but also able to resize or customise. Thank you

My experience with Gold & Diamond Exchange was fantastic. They had a great selection of top quality items and more importantly, their service was top notch. Very friendly and helpful staff.

A pleasant experience. I went in with a few bits of gold and silver that were useless to me and left with $40. Vladimir was cool. While he was inspecting the metals we talked briefly about business, family, personal experiences, etc. It was the perfect balance of expedience and genuine customer service that I always appreciate.

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever had. As soon as I walked through the door I was treated like a piece of dirt. If I could give zero stars I would. Respect and politeness are free, maybe the older gentleman who 'served' me should learn customers don't want to be treated like scum.

Terrible customer service, completely rude and didn’t even want to discuss the item I brought in. There was no need for such rude service from the man who runs the shop. Was just an utterly unpleasant experience and I recommend staying away and walking around the corner to Citigold. Not worth your time at all.

Happening across this unique little jewelry store, and quite a jewel in itself really. It was the pleasant cleaning lady wiping down the outside lower floor window display who guided me to the lift and up to the second floor where I was greeted with that faint old school estate aroma. And what an array of quality choices, settling on a ring for myself, and not to risk heading home to Townsville empty handed, a gorgeous necklace & earring set for my wife. The cleaning lady, aka Josephine, was a real refresh in providing quality customer service in every aspect and made precisely what an enjoyable shopping experience should be. And thank you Martina, Mel adored the case, almost as much as the jewelry itself :)
