Great service friendly and happy people run this place highly recommend

I have over 8 years been to a few places to have Loki groomed. This week I decided to go to Charms as I drove passed and honestly have driven past there every day going to work and just noticed there sign.I felt bad as Loki was badly matted. I was thinking oh no they will think what a bad mum. BUT from the minute I walked in, I was made to feel very welcome and also thanked for bringing him to them. So I left and later got the call he was nearly finished. I once again was greated nicely then was asked to wait i was like oh no what happened. But they were amazing telling me how good he was and how he had a great connection with one of the staff by showing his loving caring way. I then left and was just out the door and was followed out and stopped by another staff member who just wanted to let me know how good he was etc. Me and Loki left feeling amazing. Sorry for the long story. But it needed to be told. Take your fur babies there they are truly amazing. Thank you to all the staff we will be back. Kim and Loki

Charm, Aaron and the rest of the team have been great with our border collies. One of which is an anxious dog. Our puppies are always happy to visit! Cannot recommend highly enough.
