The owner was a really rude at the time of booking.Booked the job three weeks in advance and three hours before the job he cancelled.He said he had other big jobs to do instead of mine.Very unprofessional and really rude again when he cancelled on me !Your answer just shows who you really are as YOU QUOTED the foul mouthed one spewing obscenities" Is just not my style!!Shame on you for lying"

Very pleased with the service.1. Communication - I left a voice message which was promptly returned after business hours and i was able to book a bond inspection clean at short notice.2. Professionalism & Pricing - I was provided with a quote which was consistent with final invoicing. The rate was very competitive (even compared with Cleaner’s on the east coast let alone WA). At the end of the clean i was refunded $44 to my nominated account as the time of work was less than that initially quoted reflecting trust, integrity and professionalism. Apartment was described as “immaculate” by property agency who reviewed it to free up the bond.I wish Matt and the team every success in growing their business as they clearly have the customer in mind and deliver a fantastic service !

Only booked because Rental Agency recommended, despite being more expensive than the other quotes we had. All was fine until final inspection when it appeared that some cleaning had been missed. Contacted AAACCS and they denied missing anything, refused to answer calls, then messaged accusing me of harassing them because I called twice over the space of a few hours (they had no problem taking multiple calls when they were trying to get paid...).Could of been an honest mistake but I guess we'll never know. Pretty unprofessional. Wouldn't recommend and will never use again.EDIT (owner decided to reply):1) check your call logs. I needed to speak with you but I have better things to do than chase you constantly. And if you find calls to your business harassing you are probably in the wrong job.2) the issue was you missed a cupboard in the kitchen. But you refuse to acknowledge this. I understand grout wasn't included after talking to you, and the oil piece, which was the size of a plate at most (not all over the balcony as you claim) was cleaned with a simple mopping. You claimed you mopped but as the oil was still there I'm not sure how good of a job you did. But again not the main issue.Just because you don't like the feedback, it doesn't make my review false. I'm not going out of my way to hurt your business, you are doing that fine on your own. But there is a lack of recent reviews so potential customers should be aware.Your response has typos, which is indicative of the quality of service you provide. Maybe spend less time being a dramatic keyboard warrior and more time on the quality of your work and you won't have issues in the future.
