3rd visit, Arrogant, just down right rude! Staying at moonta bay caravan park for another week, due to work, will NOT visit BAYVIEW CAFE again, bought the old fella 2 vbs as late dinner

Unfortunately many customers visiting this cafe will be greeted by a man who should no longer be in hospitality. God forbid you order takeaway chips and 3 x coffees and then decide to sit inside because it was bitterly cold out the front. Situation was very well explained and we apologised for the change in seating however we were met by a snarl and an unwillingness to have us seated inside the cafe. Finally his wife told him to get us a bowl for the chips and allow us to sit inside. Very very rude. But the food and coffees were amazing which was a plus.

This place has been run for years by the same people. They have weathered the storms of illness, new places opening around them and have soldiered on supplying good fast food, coffee and cool drinks. Testament to hard work is a great business, still well patronized by locals and visitors alike.

The perfect cafe for lunch. It's licensed as well as serving beautiful fresh and bountiful servings of seafood and meat dishes. It is also a general take-away shop.Overlooking Moonta Bay and the jetty it is a Traveller's Gem.The locals know it but we have just discovered it.Near public amenities and with wheelchair access, everyone can dine here.....and be glad they did!

This place is run by an elderly couple, friendly enough but expect to be waiting a while when it’s peak times.Offer indoors seating and outdoors with a fantastic view of the jetty.Traditional fish and chips are a must, eggs and bacon also good but need to get your order in before the crowds and you’re set. I’d discourage ordering the hotdog with the lot! Coffees are nothing fancy, and the snacks are a bit pricey but hey, I guess you’re paying for the location, convenience and views right at the jetty.

We had breakfast today. A very trendy sought after cafe right on the foreshore.The breakfast size was huge. The staff are fantastic, the owner, Kirby, is a wonderful friendly person.We thoroughly recommend this cafe, just across the beach and splashtown, water slide. (Which is free)

Awesome food, service, views, I do not think it could be better. Licenced. Our group had fish chips and salad. Hamburgers with the lot. Chicken chips and gravy. All food was divine, fresh and we can't wait to return.
