Hands down one of the best Pilates and exercise classes I have attended. These Pilates classes are both challenging and fun, pushing you to work hard while enjoying yourself. The studio itself is lovely, providing a serene and clean space for practice, and the instructors are exceptional!

I have been doing reformer pilates for over a year and due to the benefit of Classpass, have attended 7+ studios for reformer pilates. M.I.A Studios has been the best studio that I have been - it's the combination of knowledgeable and friendly instructors who prioritise your form, the overall flow/structure of the class and the emphasis on providing a great class experience (not just a workout) which stands out. Definitely would not hesitate to recommend this studio!

Cannot speak more highly of M.I.A. It’s a beautiful studio and equipment is new and always clean. The classes are consistently challenging, encouraging me to push myself to the best of my ability. I've seen my strength and flexibility improve since joining, all thanks to Tate's guidance and motivation. If you’re looking to get into Pilates, this is the place!

Having tried many Pilates studios over the years, I can confidently say M.I.A is my favourite! The studio is a beautiful space with nice lighting (which is v important to me, especially for a 6am class when my eyes are half closed!).I love that I get something a little different from each of the instructors and they are all super helpful at correcting form. I appreciate that they allow time for a guided stretch or roll-down at the end of class, it makes a big difference and I always walk away feeling so glad I attended! Special shout-out to Kate who brings the loveliest energy to every class she teaches :)

Being a gym / weights junkie my Physiotherapist suggested reforma Pilates and now I’m hooked. My partner has been at it for years and their flexibility always had me wondering. Long story short, the vibe at this studio let alone all the instructors( I’ve had a few) is amazing. More importantly the equipment is great, class is clean and a good intimate setting. Highly suggest giving this place a go, they are right, you’ll become addicted. Thanks team.
