A true example of great customer service.I called the store after my car battery died and Marcus answered. Marcus bought a battery to me to jump start my car. I followed Marcus to the store where he then changed the battery over. Thank you Marcus.

Not the the people who own or run the business it's Beaurepaires went and seen them askes about toyo tyres and because of some reason with accounts Beaurepaires can no long get toyo tyres supplied it's nit the people in the stores or who run them it's the top the tree that's let the guys down . They still do have a great range of tyres to choose from well boys thank you for telling like it is

Only great things to say about Beaurepaires Palmerston, Jeff at the counter was a great guy to deal with, he had us laughing which is pretty unusual when you're dropping your car off to get a tyre fixed so props to him.Our tyre which had a screw in it ended up not needing to be repaired as the screw was so short and they didn't charge up which we thought was really honest of them.Definitely going to be our regular tyre shop due to such great customer service.

Update: contacted them with the email address they provided below. Waited a month, no reply. Clearly they don't care about customer service.When I arrived to have 4 tyres replaced I was told they were too tired and had ordered the wrong tyres in. I asked if they could just swap the tyre that was unsafe (had an egg in it) with the spare they again repeated they were too tired and I should just bring it back tomorrow. This was at 4pm on a Thursday and I live 70km from their store. Never going back.
