If you can't take a customers privacy seriously how can you be trusted with anything else.Company is colleting sensitive personal details and records such as driver licenses on paper sheets floating around that any staff or person can access. The company is meant to be recording these details directly into the Government website (as required by law) where access to these sensitive details is highly restricted (and cannot be accessed by staff or the pharmacy later on). Apparently it is too much effort for the pharmacist being paid a dispensary fee to follow the rules (which is to directly record the required details into the secured Gov website, not record separately then transcribe later) when recording this information on behalf of the government. Any company recording Drivers licenses, contact details or Medicare numbers on loose sheets of unsecured paper should be avoided and clearly can't be trusted with other sensitive information such as medical information.

As a person with multiple disabilities that lives nearby I am very frustrated at the cost of this pharmacy. As I need support workers with me at the shops, so the closest chemist is always the best option. Unfortunately I am consistently charged more than I have ever paid at another pharmacy. I will be going to north lakes to the chemist I used to go to from now on. Hugely disappointing.

Always very helpful. Someone comes to help me every time I walk into the store and tells me all about the products I'm interested in. Also printed a fact sheet for me. When your sick and pregnant the last thing I need is to stand there and read labels or try to find things. These guys really helped.

I called in here to try to get a script for my Mum that was very hard to find. All the staff here were wonderful. The pharmacist actually came to talk to me to explain the medication was out of stock everywhere but there was something else she could do for me but would take about 10mins. I would have waited longer as nobody else offered me an alternative at the other chemists I'd been to.Thoroughly recommend Jadin Chemist Warner. Very professional and outstanding customer service plus a beautiful range of gifts too.

Poor expensive service. I requested the $1 'discount rate' that the govt says that I'm entitled to on my scripts. I was refused TWICE. I was also told that people" don't want the discount. WHAT A TOTAL LOAD OF BS."

I was appalled that pharmacy staff were either not wearing masks or wearing masks inappropriately. You would think that a pharmacy of all places would set a better example. Having face masks hanging from a shirt front or under a nose surely does not meet mandatory governement guidelines.

4 times the amount. Ridiculous mark up. What a joke! I normally pay $5.50 for my script and today $18.95???? What the! Go to chemist warehouse or discount chemist. Worth the drive.

Absolutely disgusted that a pharmacy is allowed to charge almost four (4) times the cost (yes, I have a receipt) for a prescription (not a shelf item) than most other pharmacies. How is this ok? If I could give a review of less than one, I would. Do not go here! Anywhere but here!

Prescriptions are ridiculously overpriced compared to competitors. Make a 10 minute drive to Chemist Warehouse and you’ll save yourself a lot of money.
