They are supposed to help vulnerable people find work and they dont help. I went and got some certificates so i could get work and even though i sent all of the documents and did what i was told they said they cant reimburse me because it had timed out. Even when i complained the best they could do was kmart giftcards. Now i am stuck without things i need because the person who was supposed to help me didnt do her part.

Useless employees. Too busy having cigarette and coffee breaks while people are sitting for hours past their appointment times. Very rude and unprofessional. Can't believe these people have jobs as they lack basic communication and assisting skills. Would give it 0 stars if I could.

The receptionist supposed to be helpful and professional but instead she gave me a long sigh and when I said thank you to end the call she just hung up on me. MatchWorks is meant to be helpful and supportive not to look down on their clients because they missed their call. They should be more considered as they don’t know the circumstances others going through that day.

Zero parking off street parking. Government funded organisation and unaware that you have to pay for spots? Treat people like idiots when it's ignorance on their behalf. Sub optimal at best. Referred here under complete false pretences. Getting confirmation of anything said is a battle of wording yourself correctly as to not have their defence mechanisms over react.
