Happy to confirm that today we reached the final milestone on our new home build with 4D Homes. To say we are happy with the end result is a genuine understatement. The finished home is a testament to the initial design concept by 4D homes and the subsequent quality of their build. The design needed to incorporate some challenging slope and vegetation overlays and the end result is unique, beautiful and highly functional home for our family. The quality is visible everywhere you look.....the mantra seems to be that the quality needs to meet the Builder's criteria of would I accept this quality in my house" and if the answer is no

Highly recommended builder. When we needed to redevelop our property near Safety Beach, we were looking for a local builder and found 4DHomes. A decision we have never regretted. We chose 4D Homes to build our new family home in Mornington and were very happy with the experience. Jono, Alex and the team worked with us throughout the project to ensure our new home was exactly as we'd envisaged. They were responsive and communicated well throughout the project and also collaborated with the architect and other contractors. We were impressed with the workmanship of the 4D team and our home was completed to a high standard. We would highly recommend them.

4D Homes were a pleasure to work with. With their timely building process, effective communication and eye for detail.Nothing was ever a problem even when I added a feature or changed the design.Dale was always available to help with any queries I might have and kept me up to date with the build and any issues that arose especially as the build took place during covid and multiple lockdowns.I now have my dream house and absolutely LOVE it.I would highly recommend 4D Homes to anybody looking to build.

In late October 2019 4D homes carried out a substantial bathroom renovation for me, involving changing the access, adding a toilet and updating the shower. They also updated the powder room. From the initial planning thro' to completion, the tradesmen involved were competent and considerate. The job was completed on time and under budget. Thanks, Alex, a great Job!

Going into the build we had heard a lot of horror stories about renovating and the stresses that is causes.We never felt that at all with 4D and they made the process very seamless.The quality of the build and finish is highly impressive and would highly recommend to others and have set the bar high of future expectations of what we would expect out of a build.The other thing to note we even had feedback from our neighbours about how respectful and accommodating they were as they were building and ensuring that they were not disruptive.
