Horrible service, I would give them minus stars if possible!We booked appoint and dropped off our car on time, and was told by the receptionist to pick up the car at 12:30. We went back by then but shockingly, only to find out the shop closed, though on the door it s said clearly opening hours to 4:30pm!We waited at the door for more than two hours in the rain without a car and could not go anywhere. But till now no one bothered to provide any explanations why we were treated this way! We called the receptionist asking for explanation but she rudely hang up on us. What a service!We understand if there s emergence the shop has to be closed for any reason, but is it that difficult to give your customer a phone call to tell them not to wait?! Especially when the weather s horrible and they don’t have a car to drive back at all!

Let me give you a quick word of advice and save you time trying to find your next reliable mechanic!!So let me start with… WOW!! I can not recommend these guys enough! Cam, Kerry and the team are a smart, productive and very welcoming bunch of people! Also very fair when it comes to payment! And not once ever over several years felt like I’ve been ripped off!10/10 to truck and compaction Bayswater ✅
