Juggle Street | Babysitters, Nannies, Au Pairs & Tutors

I really couldn’t fault this app at all.I am a nanny and I have looked after some beautiful families and it is so safe.Customer service is always there to answer my questions. I paid $30 to join this app and it was money well spent.I recommend this app to all my friends.

Ive had a great experience using Juggle Street. All the families I’ve met have been hospitable and friendly - they also gave adequate detail on what was required. I’ve been able to choose what price and time I want my declining offering that we’re too low/clashed with my timetable and easily communicate with families of jobs I accepted. I’ve only had positive experiences using this app and would highly recommend using for nannys/babysitters!

We've been using Juggle Street website to look for a nanny to look after our 9 mo and 4 yo sons. Those wo applied to our job ads were not experienced babysitters and/or nannies. We awarded the job to a few who didn't show up and/or notify us. A few applicants who accepted the job award, then cancelled. Some applied for the job, but no experience at all with babysitting or nannying. Most of them avoid the following: babysitting babies or kids under 18 months old, changing nappies, doing cleaning or tidying up after themselves. We had three (3) nannies with not much experience with kids or babies. We only found one who was reliable and nice to stay over 3 months.

Such a great app - wish I knew about it sooner. It's really simple to use, and every babysitter I've had through the app has been amazing. I'm always able to find trusted and reliable help, even last minute. Absolutely worth the small annual fee.

Very happy to recommend Juggle st as a platform for finding baby sitting/nanny work. I’ve met lovely families needing some help with their children. They seem to be happy and confident leaving their children with me for the 1st time trusting the Juggle st connection.

Just spent 15 minutes signing up and listing an add only to find out they make you sign up for a minimum 3 months at $90 - even for a one off hiring. Thanks for completely wasting my time.

This is on my experience alone as I know a lot of people have had a good experience. Great customer service from Juggle Street themselves but I have been looking for a babysitter/nanny for my son for about 6 weeks - I get a few people “apply” out of more than 10 I choose and I’ve opened up all options - even though I don’t want 15-17 year olds and want people with first aid and own transport and licence etc. There are hardly any suitable carers nearby and the ones further away don’t want to travel or want more money to do so - I’ve had maybe 4 applicants in 6 weeks - one was lovely was going to meet for coffee then forgot to read where I lived - too far away - one girl took a week to respond to each message and still couldn’t arrange to meet up - another girl is selling her own babysitting business through juggle street and I was directed to her website with stupid rates. Another one just doesn’t write back at all.I would ask for a refund but it explicitly states they will never give you one in their terms and conditions and the app has got me nowhere.The concept is great - just not enough matches in my area.

While still waiting on acceptance to a daycare for bubs, i was desperate for someone to come and care for the little one while i worked from home. I asked on facebook group and was recommended here. It cost me $60 to sign up and someone accepted the job the same night! I have been using the same babysitter after day care started. Really easy platform to use. If you are stuck, this is a great platform. They also offer tutoring and other related services that i haven't accessed yet, but can if i choose.

Do not use this app. I spent $90 and not a single message. I had far more luck with free babysitter and nanny groups in Facebook.
