Rebecca - the owner - rude, unorganised and unprofessional. Clients with legal aid are not a priority or treated fairly. This company has failed to comply within their legal obligations as providers of services to the community. They have ignored legislation on fair treatment and equal opportunity. We were discriminated against and ignored.They do not care about the benefit and long term goals of their clients and they are not compassionate or empathetic - this is worrying as they are a legal aid appointed firm.Due to the severity of the mistreatment I have felt from Rebecca and her company Steindl Bradley and Associates, I will be seeking further action.

Someone recommended Susanna to us when purchasing our first block to build and we are really greatful. Susanna was so helpful, informative and prompt throughout the entire process. She was always happy to answer my million questions and even after having to request multiple extensions for us etc. her fee remained the same (which was super reasonable).
