I will separate the performance review from the venue as I don’t want to contaminate the stellar performance I saw. Coastal charm only goes so far, it should not be a cloak to cover the failures of basic logistics to assist patrons who are first timers. Times? Yeah let’s be flexible with our advertising and place different times just to keep everyone on their toes. Door Numbers are not a luxury they're a necessity. Staff blaming patrons for they’re failure in not knowing where to go or following the non existent signs. I certainly didn’t appreciate the never ending flow of people through the door, a perpetual flow of popper-iners. Some stayed round, some stayed, then some would leave and never return. The crowning glory was the rude, ignorant individual who thought he would sit directly in front of me (not in a seat mind you) and block my view. Thanks a lot for completely blocking my view, this individual didn’t even consider that his presence might be hindering a patron. I certainly hope he wasn’t a staff member - I suspect he was. All in all a dismal experience. Honestly, I will not venture again the distance I did to this venue. Pick up your game.

We saw Hair the musical. I like this relatively small venue. The staff are welcoming, interesting & chatty. The little bar is cute & the theatre comfortable & functional.

The funniest night with The Sydney Comedy Festival!! Theatre was great, you can see the stage clearly from any seat.

It's very central, good selection of films, music, theatre and stand up comedy. Always friendly and helpful staff. Tasty wine and divine ice lollies. Really inviting sort of beer garden out the back. I very much enjoy coming here, everyone does a fine job!

It's not bad it's a good size theatre with a good atmosphere and relatively clean, however, the foyer area is a little bit challenging when it comes to intermission breaks with everybody crowding in the area and the toilets are a little bit inadequate. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Staff are extremely rude, would not recommend going in and asking them for help.

Good little theatre in the heart of town. Well-stocked bar for pre, mid, and post refreshments. Not very large, but then again it doesn't need to be.
