As always the service from Adults Service Assistant was good until I asked to see scissors displayed in the locked cabinet, when I asked to hold and see in my hand, this young lady was afraid that I will take them and run, because of the way she was with her hands practically in my face. I am a customer for long time and I understand that you can't trust people in customer service, but the way this persons behaviour was, is not professional or respectful.I am writing this because I was deeply offended by your staff I understand being cautious but this was too far. I wasn't treated with the same courtesy I gave to the staff. Thank you for your assistance with rectifying this

Can't call anyone to talk to. They recommend a product similar to one they no longer stock. When its totally different you cannot get a refund, because they are only advising!!!!!We make the choice to purchases its our fault not theirs. Are they hairdressers? They have lost me as a customer!
