I don't feel my inspection was complete, pre existing aged home. Missed a few vital issues, no flashing between flat roof and roof cavity on external walls of property so weather and as I've learnt birds have free access to my roof space.Sub par plumbing that is not secured correctly so pipes hammer and knock when I use the kitchen. Issues seemed to be made smaller than they are when I phoned to ask questions. Few other smaller issues.Most issues that were visible to myself are stated as contact plumber, glacier, gyprocker etc so you don't really don't get an idea of what the cost may be involved to repair without doing alot of ringing around yourself.If you are under time constraints you will not likely have time to get it all quoted in a 5 day cooling off period, especially if you work full time.
