High Quality Crash Repairs

Just wanted to mention, as much as we don't like to go to these places and when we do it's usually not the best experience my experience at High Quality was just amazing.Todd and the boys couldn't have dome more to relieve a stressful situation, absolutely professional from every aspect, from a great little loan car to having my car back looking like new within the week.1st class

I couldn't speak more highly about the guys at High Quality. Fantastic customer service and the finish and colour match was just unbelievable. Thoroughly recommend them. I had a bonnet resprayed and then my daughter had some work done on her car. Now my son requires their services, and no, we're not bad drivers, just unlucky! I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Ben was polite and generous when I brought my car to him for repairs. He suggested I contact my insurance carrier to speed the process (the fault was not mine so I was going through the other driver's insurance). When my company directed me to one of their affiliated shops Ben advised me to use them as time was an issue (I had plans to sell the vehicle). He couldn't have been more professional and interested in what suited me best. This kind of service is often lacking today and is greatly appreciated.

Great experience with the guys at High Quality Crash Repairs - as a woman I didn't feel intimidated by the guys - they were very professional and explained things to me in a way I could understand. The repair work was excellent - fast and priced well. I have no hesitations in recommending Todd and his workers for any repair work. You won't be disappointed.

My Experience of dealing with Ben and his crew at High Quality Crash Repairs is one that i can't speak any more highly of. From the point i first made contact with them all the hassle's of dealing with the whole insurance and repair process were lifted. My car was with High Quality for a very minimal amount of time but received results on my vehicle that i cannot be happier with. if you are to find yourself in such a situation that you are in need of a repairer High Quality is the only place to go for excellent service and work.

After returning from a work trip to find my car damaged from the recent hail storms I needed my car repaired in a quick time frame. The team down at high quality crash repairs were able to repair my hailed damaged car in a quick time at an affordable price. Definitely a happy customer.

After being rear ended in my metallic blue xr6 I took it to high quality crash after being recommended from a friend about their quality of work. After going there I was met by the owner Ben who spoke with me about the things I didn’t want to hear like needing to have bumpers replaced (which he showed me after the job was done the cracks in the bumpers so I knew he wasn’t trying to get more money unnecessarily) and was upfront with me about the fact metallic colours can be a few % off perfect which I was impressed with the honesty he gave. He emailed me the quote the next day which was much cheaper than what I was expecting and when he called me t say it was completed in under 5 days I was already impressed when I got out of the loan car and saw it, my jaw hit the ground with the end result. As the car is my pride and joy I spent a good 30 minutes talking with Ben and trying to pick this 3% off he had mentioned but I still haven’t been able to and I honestly can’t recommend this shop higher if I tried. I will be back t get my project car sprayed by him and the guys in the near future. Thanks to everyone who works there.
