Food is great, but I place a takeaway order through menulog and it came in a plastic bowl, despite my calling and being told it would be delivered in cardboard ahead of time. Literally lied to me over the phone then delivered in plastic. There is no excuse for using plastic takeaway containers in 2023. Just google ‘microplastics human health.’ There are heaps of well done peer-reviewed studies on this stuff now. Get with the times and switch to biodegradable takeaway containers.

As a Tradie working in the area it’s so nice to step into the local cafe and have such a great experience. Friendly and attentive staff, yum coffee, well done guys.

The food was nice, but the customer service was not so good. We waited so long for someone to take our order, even though I could see that two of them were free. Eventually, I had to go to the counter to order it myself.

Cafe nestled in the Heidelberg heights neighborhood. My soy capucino was very good! I had the haloumi vegetable Panini which was tasty but could have had more roasted veggies.

Good variety of food options with great taste. Worth waiting. Coffee is great with beautiful latte arts. We came as a family and everyone likes the vibe here. Plus, staff are very friendly.

The service is appalling. Slow, frequent mistakes, inattentiveness, just feels absent. For example food arriving before drinks (even if just a bottle out of the fridge), even when the food is ordered well after drinks. Food arriving at the table but having to prompt staff for cutlery.This stops us from going more often despite the food and location being great. With plenty of cafes in the area offering as good food, the service here is a major deal breaker.

I very seldom give reviews. We came at a time for a brunch as I just live around the corner. I can sense their peak hour just finished but half greeted to a messy table which they did not opt to clean for 15 minutes. It was only when brought it to their attention they cleaned our table but left the rest of the tables till much later. Furthermore, the app was not working which meant they manually had to take the order. The food came out at a reasonable time and it was good but unfortunately, the bad welcoming and dirty dishes has scarred me. May just resort to takeaway coffees from now on which is a real shame.

What a lovely little Cafe to have a coffee. Off the beaten track in a handy location not that far from the Repatriation Hospital nor Bell St. The staff are very caring and the coffee is amazing

Great cafe in Heidelberg. Delicious food and really nice coffee. Staff are friendly and plenty of tables to sit at.

Seriously such a cute little spot! And they were playing my favourite band Ghost! The alternative person that served us was also very cute but I am shy so please tell them for me haha.
