Taste Organic Turramurra

Like all organic supermarkets you pay a hefty premium. Half price on the vacuum sealed fish a week out from expiry is almost reasonable value. Tins of red kidney beans are reasonable Everything else is quite pricey.

We buy specific products. My wife is a coeliac so if I buy products with wheat based ingredients I get in trouble. This shop has a lot of acceptable products. Servi e is great too.

Food overpriced. I understand you pay a small percentage to eat healthy and organic, but some of the prices needs to be reviewed. I've heard they have their own farm which produces alot of these fresh products, so there is no middle man in between. If that's the case, then there margins must be enormous for what they are charging. Plus really pushy when getting you to sign for their loyalty program / member.

I use to drive to Enmores Taste Organic from Hornsby, until the Turramurra store opened, a few years ago.Great loyalty program, it's amazing, with the points, I get all my organic detergents, Castille soaps, shampoo, toothpaste, free thanks to how fast points accumulate.Staff could be a bit more engaged with helping us find certain items. You're never waiting at the register, which is great.

I love that I can get everything I need here , no more visits to a big chain supermarket. And Especially that the organic fresh fruit & veg can be bought without plastic packaging. Many items are regularly discounted where you can stock up, e.g coconut milk, Kombucha & Teas. The staff are delightful and their loyalty program is fantastic !

My partner and I have shopped at this store and at the Enmore store for two years. On this occasion, unbeknownst to us the cashier added “Avocado Reed” to the list.We check our receipts.Based on what just happened, those shopping here would be best to do so as well.First off, charging for an extraneous item is a mistake, so that immediately gets a low rating. Charging customers for items they did not order is not a good outcome.Secondly: we came back for a refund of the item. The staff member readily yet complicatedly explained that the register makes an error, “if the user presses the button to print a receipt, it sometimes adds that avocado item to the list.” How this is happening at all is unacceptable; the payment systems need to be functional, and that it adds an item ‘by mistake’ is more than a bit questionable.We notified the manager, who immediately explained basically a similar story. When I went to speak at an advanced stage in the interaction, he tried to speak over me until I maintained that he needed to take a pause so I could say something. Moments later he attempted his responses again.1. A clearly ridiculous “register error” of overcharging customers.2. The manager’s dialogue and handling of the situation was stress-inducing.3. Check your receipts here.

We love shopping at Taste Organic Turramurra - High-quality produce, friendly staff and wonderful service. Darwin is particularly helpful, advising us what's in season, picking up fresh produce and placing orders if what we need isn't available on the shelf. Thank you Taste Organic for making grocery shopping a wonderful experience.

Great range of fresh produce, groceries and health products. These guys carry brand name products rather than house brands. Yes they may be a little more expensive but at least you know what you are getting and tend to be more consistent. Definitely worth supporting..

Taste Organic Crows Nest is a perennial favourite, and this Turramurra branch is great too! Staff always friendly and a fantastic selection of products. First visit here has yielded some great, fresh produce and discounts.
