This is clearly a franchise as I went from one person to another.Beware of the price! As what was initially quoted had Add-Ons, such as call out charge and then GST. So $195 turned into $253.Bottomline I was stuck with my key locked in the car 175kms from home.The young fellow came within 20mins and took about 5min to unlock the car. Happy with the service despite the hefty fee. Just resent the cost being drip-fed.... Needlessly!!

Excellent service, they also fixed small missing screw issue or mismatched threads, calm and professional. Down to earth they know their stuff. Quality, but not cheap, I feel they know their stuff. Car keys, wireless car keys, all types of locks, old new etc nothing surprised them ..... So far they coped with all my lock, barrell, key changes, fly wire door retro fitting etc.... And for car keys I'd go to them.

Highly recommend this place. All of the team members I spoke to were incredibly helpful and professional. I snapped the blade on a car key fob (tricky problem) and they tried quite a few methods to fix it to see if they could save me needing to replace the whole key shell. It wasn't a straightforward problem but they were patient throughout the whole process and very fair and transparent with pricing. I will definitely be going here in future!
