We hired Nathan to repair our gutters, down pipes and window flashing. He was nothing but professional, informative about the whole process and generally great to deal with. A lovely, genuine guy.

Nathan was professional and more importantly very prompt with the service. He came within an hour to fix the issue. Really happy with his service.

I called Nathan when I realized that stormwater drain pipes could have been damaged and he turned up the next day for camera check. What followed was absolute professionalism and honesty in sharing detailed damage results and agreeing on fixing the critical places. Nathan turned up on time and finished the repairs and shared results immediately. Very happy to recommend Nathan for any plumbing work.

Nathan was responsive and professional and kept us informed of his arrival time which was as he indicated - no saying will be there in an hour and then showing up 3 hours late. He was also respectful which I appreciated. I deal with all the trades people as it’s not my husbands cup of tea and I have come across a few who have either dismissed me or thought they could tell me garbage and I wouldn’t question it. Sigh.I really appreciated Nathan’s honesty as well. I called for a quote to clear and/or repair our gutters and down pipes as well as check the storm water drainage as our patio area would flood during heavy rain. He was out the next day and sent me a quote that evening with various options including repairing some roof issues he found while he was up there which he showed me via pictures he had taken. Nathan advised he could fix the roof issues for us but indicated it would be expensive via his company and it might be better if we contacted a roof restoration company instead.The quote process was painless and quick and the price reasonable. I elected not to go ahead with the roof repairs as I had already planned to get some quotes from roofing restoration companies. Nathan’s info just moved up the timeline. Luckily for us Nathan was able to complete our job the very next day due to a job cancellation. He was efficient, neat and tidy. Great work. I would definitely recommend him and we will contact him for all future plumbing needs.Thanks Nathan.

Nathan is a pleasure to deal with, very professional, knows what he’s doing and charges whats fair. Disagree with all the comments calling him a rip off. Plumbing is an expensive service to begin with and if you call him on a public holiday or at odd hours expect to pay a call out fee, which is fair. I’d call Nathan again for any plumbing needs without thinking twice.

I had a hot water heater issue at my house and called up Nathan . He quickly turned up and helped to replace with new hot water system and also did a wonderful job to install kitchen rangehood venting through to roof !!!!! Very professional and very reliable !!!!! Very happy and satisfied with the job and would definitely recommend to my friends!!!!! Thanks Nathan for the wonderful job
