Great service from when I called to when my Mum had a demo Scooter delivered to her door for test drive. Experienced, knowledgeable and polite staff. Highly recommend.

Having been to several stores that cater for disabilities, I would have to say Aidacare was a definite standout. Their range of products for different needs was amazing and in particular, the staff member Susie, was extremely friendly and helpful. Nothing was a bother and she went out of her way to assist. She knew the product (in this case a roller walker which can also be used as a wheelchair if necessary ) and made sure I need how to use it properly….to walk with it, to fold it up, to be pushed in it, and to place it in the car. Great customer service and a massive range of disability products from Bandaids to motor scooters that got the Lot.

This aid care retail facility is an extremely good enviroment with an extensive range of equipment that is both good and helpful to all levels of disability.

I have used Paul on numerous occasions. and I have found him so helpful and professional, I would 100% recommend him , he as a heart of GOLD.He is also very knowledgeable and will explain things so that my elderly clients and mum understand, and also asks questions so he understands their requirements. Outstanding service.

Once again today I have to say a very big thank you to Paul, for his assistance since my mother passed away. We had quite a bit of equipment that we wanted to try to go to another person who could use it to help them , and Paul worked with me guiding me with the sale of the items and then transporting it for us to the new owner this morning, this was extremely appreciated by my husband and I, but I know the recipient was extremely grateful also as he did not know how he would get it to his house. Once again thank you Paul ( and your driver) Service from AidaCare has been great and I personally recommend them to anyone needing and assistance or information in this field.thank you Paul for your call this morning and the opportunity for us to chat. Removal of old bed would have been handy when new one was delivered, now we have a heavy bed in garage to somehow dispose of.

I'm new to disability products so I'm glad that I had my OT with me to help me choose the right things to get. The staff were super helpful and the options were vast. Whether you are a new or seasonal veteran to Mobility products i would recommend a visit to Aidacare.

Aidacare in Mercer Street is a huge shop and very well set out. They have a vast supply of different types of walkers, motorised scooters and all the accessories or products you need when mobility of any kind becomes a concern. Staff are attentive and the entire shopping experience there was 5 stars.
