You wont find nicer staff, a more effictive program or a greater facility. Justin has this place running seamlessly with personalised and progressive programming for everyone from the everyday person to the pro athlete. If I could give 10 stars I would. Highly recommend.

After a life changing knee injury two years earlier I was struggling with home training. I found Live athletic after talking to a Physio in the know. Justin and Alexa have been nothing short of awesome helping me to come back from an injury that I had doubts about doing. After so many setbacks these guys have got me on track and I am now doing great with rehab. If you have an injury and need to get help this is the place to go.Once my rehab is finished i will continue training here, the depth of knowledge and professionalism at this gym continues to impress!
