We received awful service from this company. They painted our house roof and it began to badly peel within 12 months. They redid the work, only for it to peel equally badly, and again within one year. They then did not reply to our attempts to contact them, which included a number of phone calls and emails, and a registered letter. It’s just really disappointing to have had such poor-quality work (twice) and then be faced with a complete lack of care/interest.

Cannot stress enough how thankful I am to the staff and the Company as a whole for their professionalism and workmanship. The staff who came to fix the roof were so polite and cleaned up everything after completing a fantastic job. The Property Manager was so helpful and was always available to answer any queries I had. Would definitely recommend this company to any of my family / friends or anyone who wants to have work done to their roof. Thank you so much Obsidian Roofing very happy with my beautiful new roof and do not have to worry about any water leaking into my home anymore.

After speaking to Carey at Obsidian Roofing, about our roof restoration he went through all the different options available and processes involved in bringing our roof back to life. He arrived on time and started to work hard in cleaning the aged roof then spraying several coats of paint. Alex, Jeramie and the Obsidian Roofing coming were so helpful with every step to our new roof. Alex assisted with many areas from council permits (we are heritage listed!!) to selection of tiles to trouble shooting problems. this company leaves a trail of distruction on all jobs, The Victorian Building Authority are aware of their not using registered plumbers as is the LAW; only a matter of time; if you have encountered their dodgy practices please contact the VBA
