Bassendean Dental Clinic

I’ve had 2 extractions in the past 3 weeks and both have been quick and painless, fantastic and professional. I no longer suffer dread and anxiety when booking dental appointments. :)

Dr hope is an ok dentist, and doesn't listen to the things that you are required to have at the time or wanting to have. I also required to have a free clean on a specific area I told needed cleaning, he just left it and didnt clean it and I had to go back in.. when I came back to my car first and looked in the mirror i noticed he had missed that area even though i told him about it there three times in the appt. I had to back in straight away and tell them, as he had done this to me previously.. Also the filling that I was wanting to get done he avoided, & got another one on my tooth fixed instead which I was highly confused about. He fixed it but didn't really apologize or look me in the eye much. I may try the female dentist there next time. I have bad genetic teeth and he isnt the right dentist for me, i need one who listens and cares.

I have used this dental surgery for a long time. I have been happy with the work done there. I took my wife for her tooth to be checked. They said she had 2 options a crown on which they said only a 50/50 chance of success. Or a simple extraction. We opted for a simple extraction that they butchered. 3 hrs an finally they got another more experienced dentist to complete the extraction. She had to have her gums cut because the tooth was cut during the first attempt at extraction. NOT HAPPY

Awesome dentists - especially Alia (but I am bias). Always feel much better after having my 6 monthly check-up scale & clean. The team are friendly and approachable and always leave me smiling. The facilities are clean and modern. What more could you want from a dentist?

Best dentist I have ever been to and also the only one that will continue to get my high paying business. The team always goes above and beyond. Special mention to dream team Jonathan and Katarina - I will never let anyone else touch my teeth, see you Monday.

I cracked a tooth and was in a lot of pain. Bassendean dental clinic were able to fit me in last minute on the day and on a Friday afternoon! Jonathon did a great job and managed to salvage my tooth. I felt instantly better! Amazing!

Having to visit the dentist is not something I look forward to. However, Dr Jonathan Wong was fantastic. I couldn't have asked for a more pleasant dentist experience.
