A male worker with upper arm tattoos just went to the toilet and didn’t wash his hands. I know he works here because he wears the soul origin shirt. DO NOT eat here. Disgusting.

The pumpkin and cous cous was fresh. I had some poached chicken with it and they gave me a generous portion! I ordered a medium size and it was just right, costing me$13.50 or so. I recommend it with olive oil dressing cause its so lovely. It is a much better alternative than the deep fried stuff or the coma inducing variety that is common in westfield food courts. Love the staff, very warm customer service..

We enjoyed a skim Mocha and really excellent lactose free Iced chocolate crush. Purchased our beverages just before closing around 5pm , the two staff that served us were very friendly and accommodating even though they were busy cleaning up. Beverages was excellent .Keep it up guys .5/5 for the mocha & iced chocolate.

Delivery didn’t include all the items, had to call the shop only to have the staff hang up on me twice and the third time lucky, they picked up and I told them to stop hanging up the phone and explained to them. So they asked if I can pick it up from the shop. What was the point of paying extra for delivery? Anyway, I was hangry so went and picked it up only to have them told me they ran out of it, and gave me some other alternative which was small a portion size compared to what we ordered.

Love love, soul origin, specially Roseland, one they have the best salads and wraps and in the winter the chicken and corn soup is to die for. Literally so creamy and tasty. It’s all I eat in the winter

Iced caramel coffee pretty good. A bit sweet but ask for less vanilla powder to tone down the sweetness. Friendly service. Lots of sandwich options available as well

I had the worst brownie and coffee in my life today. I ordered for a coffee and a Nutella brownie delivery for $18 and I received the hardest brownie possible and the coffee is so blant that they just added milk no frothing at all.I am so disappointed that as you see it’s a delivery, you cannot handover anything.I wanted to complain and contact the manager there but the girl working there just refused to accept that she prepared and said the manager and the one who prepared left the shop already. I am extremely disappointed and would never going order delivery again.

I got sick after eating the chicken pesto salad at this location. I have had in different locations and never had an issue. I emailed them & they offered me a voucher at any location then didnt hear back from them & didn’t receive a voucher. I emailed them again & still haven’t heard back from last month

Hit and miss for good coffee at this place, I ordered large soy Latte Sunday 2 April 10.40 ish and it wasn't at all pleasant, thank goodness I only paid $1.60 for it, argh, disappointing cos I neededa good coffee fix today double argh

Worst customer serviceAsian tall lady with short hair at the front was too rude. Behaved really badly towards the customers. Served less amount of food and was racist. I really don't wanna give even one star. They should just kick her out. Even if she is the owner she should not be in the front.
