10/10 service as I booked a tow for someone who'd had an accident...I was stressed and both staff members I spoke with were brilliant.I gave the wrong location yet the driver and Admin staff were gracious and understanding & found the car anyway.Just what you need on a not so good day.CheersLeigh Gleeson

Thanks so much to the ladies of BRT for getting me out of the issue racq never showed up for after 2 hours of waiting. Julie on the phone went out of her way to find someone to tow us out of the middle of a roundabout. And Judy for being a kind and awesome tow truck driver who came to our rescue after hours. Highly recommend these guys.
