Terrible experience. Could’ve done zero star if possible. Called yesterday for labor quote replacing brakes pads and rotors for front and back wheels( parts provided). Was advised that the labor was around $120 per hour and it would take one and half hours to complete the job.Was asked to drop the car around 1pm. Waited till 4.30pm for someone working on the job and had it done around 5.30pm. Then was asked to pay doubled price as the lady was saying the quote was for one set of brakes. She forgot that the quote was actually based on the labor hours, regardless the numbers of sets. Ended up paying $370 as I was sick and tired arguing after waiting the entire afternoon. Dodgy provider!On the way driving home, alert popped up asking checking Tyre pressure! Well done!!!!!Do not use this service!

Really happy with the service on my Mercedes-Benz Vito Van, diesel. Excellent value for money, using one of their servicing vouchers. The mechanics are professional and thorough and will ring you if any other work is required. That wasn't necessary with my van, but I've had my Mazda serviced by them as well and my son used the same voucher to do his vehicle too. Have recommended to all my family and friends and I'm so happy to have found a local professional mechanics. Same day service as well. Excellent mechanics who did a very thorough job on the log book service on my Lexus. The team are good to deal with: having great communication and doing honest work. I highly recommend these mechanics.

I was lured by the $199 service voucher for 12months car service worth $1077 total savings in 2022 and got my first service at $49. In the second service, I was told that my 16 years old Toyota Corolla needed new front brake pad. The voucher included a $127 discount offer for a break pad, so I asked for the front brake pad. The total cost was $466, including $100 air filter, cabin filter, $190 machine grinding of the LHS and RHS front break disc rotors. Six months later, I took the car to another mechanic for a service, was told the front break pad needed replacement asap. I also found out the front rotors were replaced 18 months ago. Not happy!! Since my first bad review, I had contacted Rapid Tune Morningside, Josh the owner replaced the front break pad, under warranty, on the same day. Has someone forgotten to replace the break pad six months ago? Oh no, but thanks Josh for your quick action!

Would not go there, underpricing a service then quotes an exorbitant fees. Literally charges 50 minutes of labour just to change spark plugs. Unless cars have recently changed, does not take that long. Acts dumb when you question the quote and labour charges. Literally does not care about the car troubles you actually need work on. Will suggest work on car issue that doesn't resolve the issue, wasting your money. Very unsatisfactory scam operation.You can not find me in the system as my name is not Cm loaf. I will be seeing you shortly as I am very dissatisfied and recently found out you left my break fluid cap lose in my engine and now air has gotten into my break fluid and I have squishy breaks.

I can't recommended this place enough. Even though my partner arranged the service on our family car and I only really dealt with them when I picked it up, I got a really professional family business" vibe from this place. Little touches like them dropping my partner home after dropping the car off and picking me up from home when it was done

The best service you could ask for was delivered by these guys.i had a ouncture and air level sensors going off on all my tyres. After being turned away from 2 other reputable tyre services as they were too busy, these guys managed to squeeze me in saving me a 50km drive home on a space saver tyre on the highway. They repaired the puncture and adjusted air pressure levels on other tyres to stop the sensors going off. Josh and the team, thankyou. The service was first class.

Booked in my Ute to have the gearbox sumo threads repaired helicoil.Got the car back and was leaking oil sent the car back to stop the leak again and rapid tune had the car for a whole day just to plug up the threads with black silicon. Do not see this as a fit fix from a reputable mechanic company and is dodgy for future maintenance. Will not be going backCheers

I had an overheating problem with my BMW 320d. Josh and the team were very friendly to deal with, found the issue on my BMW quickly and had it back to me with minimal fuss. It cost what Josh said it would and I feel as though it was good value for money. I recommend this business to anybody who needs mechanical work done on their car... I plan to use Rapid Tune in the future.
