So desperado 3 was placed on the bottom shelf. I had to bend all the way down to check it out, not easy in a load bearing vest.... Not. Happy. Jan. Apart from that, they are pretty cool, not as cool as a person who has met Chuck Norris, but hey, we can't all be me

the 2 people that served me were not very helpful or nice, I have been shopping with them for Years and my experience today made me not want to go back to them ever again. with the amount of time and money I have spent there and how regular I have gone there, I just felt like I wasn't valued so because of Cassie and Tom I will never shop at Riverlink EB games ever again, they did not honor Warranty

Was crazy busy on Saturday morning with only one staff member on until 11am. Not sure if this is typical but they clearly needed a 2nd staffer from open.

The staff are just wonderful and friendly, even when it's pretty busy. I buy all of my physical copies of games at this store as well as a few pieces of gaming merchandise. They have a wide selection of games that are all fairly priced.

The staff at EB Games Riverlink are fantastic. They've consistently recommend products based on my purchase history (iniative), mentioned upcoming sales, and are always down for a friendly chat (when it isn't busy) regarding gaming/Pop Culture.Great customer service = great customer experience. Huge thumbs up.

Happened to catch them during a sale. Just kidding, they always have a sale. Staff were friendly, and knowledgeable. Picked up some good bargains in the pre-owned bins.

The staff here are awesome! Fast, efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. I returned a game today that wasn't working and they were happy to exchange with no issues. They also had the sequel to the game and helped me to find the game case.I rarely have any problems when at any EB Games stores but the staff at Riverlink store stand out as being will above the average.Thank you.

Staff incredibly uninterested in helping. Not a microfiber cloth to be found on hand, for a company that deals primarily in software items to have nothing handy for cleaning a disc this is extremely poor.Staff were unwilling to assist or even offer ordering a stock item in, instead offering a preowned item for twice the price.Short, flippant and rude answers from sales staff, offering a very take it or leave it" attitude."
